They could have been assuming like the rest of us, but if Ninty News has insider information, Zelda Wii could very well be confirmed for a 2010 release. In the video below, at 1:09, the host mentions Zelda Wii as one of the games coming out this year.

As far as I can see, they’re most likely going on the assumption that, because Zelda Wii is planned to be released this year, it will be released this year. I’m still concerned about delays of this game, but Nintendo has be awful quiet about it throughout the entire process. Perhaps they’re trying to hold off a climax in hype right until the games release. This actually might be a pretty good strategy for maximizing sales, but this is mainly speculation on my part.
