I'm pretty sure that that is true. This game uses MotionPlus, right? Then I'm sure that which hand you're using would affect the game-play.

Well it would be in the child timeline from the way it was sounding. And young link never had the master sword.

If the game does follow the Ocarina of Time/Majora's mask time line, then it makes sense that the Master Sword wouldn't be present (unless the game has Link loop back to Hyrule) – However, I feel that there are too many signs in Adelle/Adella/Aderu's character design that point to her being somehow connected to the Master Sword.

And I really hope that the player can chose Link's handedness. Love me some left handed heroes, mmhm.
