Official Nintendo Magazine Gives Spirit Tracks A Score of 91%

To put this in greater context, Phantom Hourglass received a 95% score from ONM when it was released. Thus, a score of 91% is pretty good for Spirit Tracks, considering a lot of the material is obviously recycled from the previous game.
