Phantom Hourglass Goron Racing

To participate in the Goron Racing Mini-Game you must have first completed the Temple of Ice. Upon its completion you will now be able to sail to the Southeastern coordinate of the ocean. Then you will need to sail as south as possible until you see a group of rocks. If you sail slightly to the east of these rocks then you will reach a Nintendo DS shaped island called “Dee Ess Island.” Dock your boat and talk to the Goron on shore to participate in the Racing Mini-Game for the small fee of 50 Rupees.

The goal of this mini-game is is to roll through the obstacle course and break as many Blue gems as you can. Throughout the course you will need to pay close attention to the map, which will reveal the Blue Gem locations. Once collecting all the Blue Gems, a door will appear enabling you to leave the race course.

Below are the rewards you can obtain for your efforts.

• If you complete the course in more than 45 seconds then you will get a Blue or Red Rupee
• If you complete the course in 36-45 seconds then you will get a Blue, Red, or Big Green Rupee.
  
• If you complete the course in less than 35 seconds then you will be rewarded with a Big Red Rupee, a Ship Part, Treasure, or a Bombchu Bag.
