Sheik from The Ocarina of Time is one of the series most interesting characters. Sheik would make random appearances to talk to adult Link and would then mysteriously disappear. However, at the end of the game, it was revealed that Sheik was just an alter-ego of Princess Zelda to hide from Ganondorf.
